A Reiza Studios gárdája folyamatosan dolgozik az Automobilista 2-n. Ennek köszönhetően a játék újabb tartalmakkal és újabb javításokkal bővül folyamatosan. Néhány napja érkezett meg az 1.6.9.81-es frissítés, ami számtalan grafikai, irányításbeli és fizikai frissítést tartalmaz.
Ha játszotok a játékkal, akkor mindenképpen érdemes gyorsan a frissítést is telepítenetek. A részletes tartalom kicsit lentebb olvasható angol nyelven.

- Minor global adjustments to AI passing & avoid distances so passing/avoid routines kick in slightly further back from the car ahead (car behind bets a little more room to maneuver to avoid getting boxed in)
- Minor global AI draft effect adjustment
- Minor adjustments to AI corridor scalars at high and max AI aggression settings to minimise AI putting wheels off-track at those Aggression settings
- Azure: Improved AI performance braking into the chicane at the tunnel exit
